With almost 100 years combined service in the interior design industry, the King & Teppett team are able to offer you the best service in New Zealand. King and Teppett is an eighty year old furniture store. It has been owned by Paul Barnet also for some 30 years. Paul began working for the store in his teens. Located at the Modena Design Centre in Palmerston North and Hamilton. This is a purpose built premise where in addition to the store they show case everything involved in building and renovating. The furniture store caters to the upper end of the market and as well as some Italian brands, as well they support a lot of NZ Manufacturers. Over the last years King and Teppett have seen a change from merely being a retail store. They provide a design and project management service as well as in house consultancies. It is not uncommon for them to be involved at the drawing up of house and small commercial plans and provide input right to the end, specifying accessories, artwork, drapes, rugs and furnishings. The artwork is placed in over 30 room settings throughout our centre as well as some Gallery Bays. They represent mainly New Zealand artists and original works.
